Summary

Longyanguiheng is recalling about 6,800 Yetonamr Pull String Teething Toys sold on Amazon.com. The toys violate mandatory safety standards because the silicone string tentacles are smaller than permitted and can become lodged in a child's throat. There have been 32 reports of choking incidents involving these toys, which were sold between June and October 2025. Consumers should immediately stop using the toy and follow specific destruction steps to receive a full refund.

Risk

The small silicone strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, posing a serious risk of respiratory distress, choking, and death. CPSC is aware of 32 choking incidents related to this product defect.

What You Should Do

  1. Identify the affected toy: look for an off-white disc-shaped toy with a red or blue center ball and six colorful silicone 'tentacle' strings. Check the packaging for Model no. 688-59.
  2. Stop using the teething toy immediately and take it away from children.
  3. Destroy the product to receive a full refund: cut and discard all silicone string tentacles and use a permanent marker to write 'DESTROYED' on the main body of the toy.
  4. Email a photograph of the destroyed product to Longyanguiheng at yetonamr_recall@163.com to request your refund.
  5. For additional questions, call the CPSC Hotline at 800-638-2772.
