About Go Backs
Go Backs makes product recall information accessible and actionable. We aggregate recalls from CPSC, FDA, NHTSA, and USDA, enrich them with AI-generated plain-language summaries, and make them searchable so you can quickly find what matters to you.
The Problem
Government recall websites are fragmented — each agency has its own site, its own format, and its own search. Recall notices are written in regulatory language that most people don't read. Important information gets buried. When a product in your home is recalled, you might never know.
Our Approach
We pull recall data from all federal agencies into one place, then use AI to generate clear summaries, specific action steps, and risk assessments. Every recall gets a dedicated page with everything you need: what the problem is, what to do about it, and how to get a refund or replacement.
