Summary

Turtle Beach is recalling about 59,500 Ear Force® XO FOUR Stealth gaming headsets because mold spores were found on the product. These headsets, primarily marketed for Xbox One, are black with green trim and were sold between June and September 2015. There have been six reports of mold on these headsets, although no injuries have been reported. Consumers should return the unit for a free replacement.

  4. If your headset is affected, immediately stop using it and place the headset, the original box, and all components into a plastic bag.
  5. Securely tie or tape the plastic bag closed to prevent the spread of mold spores.
