Summary

Westinghouse Lighting is recalling approximately 3,000 Great Falls 52-inch outdoor ceiling fans because the fan blades can crack and break during use. There have been 62 reports of blades breaking, including one instance where a person was struck and injured by a falling blade. These fans were sold online at Amazon, Home Depot, and Wayfair between October 2019 and August 2020 for approximately $170 to $200.
