Wawona Packing Co LLC dba Prima Wawona is recalling approximately 4,109,325 cases of fresh peaches because they may be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis. The recall includes various bulk loose peaches and 2-pound bagged peaches sold under brand names including Wawona, Prima, Walmart Organic Marketside, Kroger, and Wegmans. This recall was initiated following trace back information from a Salmonella outbreak investigation. Consumers who have purchased these peaches should not eat them.
