Waterlogic Recalls Water Cooling, Heating Systems Due to Fire Hazard

What You Should Do

1. Check the front of your water dispenser for the brand names AquaMark, Coolersmart, Culligan, Innowave, Waterlogic, or Xstream Water.
2. Locate the serial number on the label on the back of the machine to see if it matches the affected ranges (e.g., AquaMark, Culligan, Innowave, and Waterlogic units starting with 2105A-2708L, 3105A-3608L, 6105A-6908L, or 7105A-7908L).
3. For Coolersmart units, check for serial numbers starting with Y1G07C-Y1G08C, Y1W07C-Y1W08E, Y3G07E-Y3G08C, or Y3W07E-Y3W08B.
4. For Xstream Water units, verify if your specific serial number matches the extensive list provided in the recall notice (e.g., XFT050603009, XMT050804008, and others).
5. If your unit is affected, contact Waterlogic Commercial Products toll-free at (855) 905-2002 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday to arrange for a free repair if you have not already been contacted by your distributor.
6. Visit www.waterlogic.us and click on 'Maintenance and Service' then 'Voluntary Recall' for additional information and to verify your serial number.
