Summary

Volkswagen Group of America (Audi) is recalling approximately 7,425 of its 2025 Audi Q5 and SQ5 vehicles, including Sportback models. The driver and front passenger seat belts in these vehicles may have been manufactured incorrectly, preventing them from properly securing occupants in the event of a crash. To fix this issue, Audi dealers will replace the front seat belt assemblies for both the driver and passenger at no cost to owners.

  2. Contact any authorized Audi dealer to schedule a free appointment to have both the driver and front passenger seat belts inspected and replaced.
  3. If you have further questions, contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834 and reference recall number 69GT.
