Vive Health Adult Portable Bed Rails Recalled for Entrapment and Asphyxiation

What You Should Do

1. Immediately stop using the recalled Vive Health Bed Rails and remove them from your bed.
2. Identify your model: check for model LVA1024 (white frame, 20 inches wide by 32 inches tall) or model LVA3031BLK (black frame, 13 inches wide by 18 inches tall). This recall only includes bed rails purchased after August 21, 2023.
3. To receive a refund, use a permanent marker to write the word "RECALLED" clearly on both the upper and lower bedrails.
4. Take a photo of the marked bed rail with your name written on a piece of paper visible in the shot.
5. Email the photo to recalls@vivehealth.com to request your full refund.
6. Dispose of the marked product in accordance with your local and state waste disposal procedures; do not donate or resell the recalled item.
