US Foods is recalling approximately 712 pounds of various raw beef and pork products because they may be contaminated with human blood after an employee injury during production. The recall includes 17 different fresh and frozen meat products, including ribeye steaks, porterhouse steaks, T-bone steaks, and pork chops. These items were produced on July 18, 2019, and shipped to restaurants in five states.
