1. This recall affects Deep Water Sea Food Frozen Swai Fillets in 15-lb. boxes (9/11 oz. pieces) with Production Date 04/05/2016, Best Before Date 10/05/2017, Factory Number UCH001, and lot number 1683475.
2. The recall also includes 15-lb. boxes of Deltas Best Basa Brand Skinless and Boneless Swai Fillets with lot numbers 023015 or 023021 and best by dates of 03-01-2018, 03-09-2018, or 03-16-2018.
3. Also affected are 2-lb. packages of Sea Queen Skinless and Boneless Swai Fillets with plant number FN1158, lot number SW1601-02-16090, and a best by date of March 30, 2018.
4. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund, throw it away, or contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
