Tommy Bahama and Martha Stewart Egg Chairs Recalled for Fall Hazard

Summary

TJX is recalling about 30,600 Tommy Bahama and Martha Stewart brand nest swing egg chairs because they can tip over or collapse while in use. These chairs, sold at Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, and Homesense stores, have been the subject of 27 incident reports, including 19 injuries. Reported injuries include cuts, scrapes, and soreness, with one person suffering broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs and return them to the store for a full refund or a store gift card.
