Summary

GEM WAEV LLC is recalling approximately 5,353 vehicles, including 2022-2025 models of the e2, e4, e6, and eLXD. Owners can have their vehicles inspected and repaired by a dealer free of charge.

Risk

If the ball joint separates from the wheel while the vehicle is in motion, the driver could lose steering control, which significantly increases the risk of a crash.
