1. This recall involves frozen Chef's Line (US Foods) Black Bean Burgers (36/4.25 oz.), 3 Grain Burgers (36/4.25 oz.), and 3 Grain Sliders (54/1.8 oz.) sold in plastic bags inside cardboard cases.
