Summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is recalling about 10,300 model year 2022 and 2023 Prowler Pro and Tracker 800SX utility vehicles (UTVs), including their Crew versions. The fuel tank caps on these vehicles may not fit correctly, which can cause fuel to leak around the filler neck. There have been 48 reports of fuel leakage, though no injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately stop using these vehicles and contact an authorized dealer for a free inspection and repair.

Risk

The ill-fitting fuel cap can cause fuel to leak directly onto the vehicle or the ground, posing a serious fire hazard that could result in property damage, injury, or death. 48 incidents of leakage have already been reported.
