Teligent Pharma, Inc.: Econazole Nitrate Cream and Triamcinolone Ointment Recalled for Mispackaging

What You Should Do

1. Check your medicine cabinet for Econazole Nitrate Cream 1% (85g tubes, NDC 52565-022-85) or Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP 0.1% (80g cartons, NDC 52565-014-80) with Lot # 16630 and an expiration date of 03/2023.
2. Compare the label on the outer carton to the label on the inner tube to ensure they match exactly and contain the correct medication prescribed by your doctor.
3. If you identify a mispacked or incorrectly labeled product, stop using it immediately to avoid using the wrong medication.
4. Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacist for guidance regarding your treatment and to report any concerns.
5. Return any unused or mislabeled product to your pharmacy for a refund and contact Teligent Pharma, Inc. for further instructions.
