TADAKAZU Baby Loungers Recalled for Suffocation, Fall, and Entrapment Hazards

What You Should Do

1. This recall involves TADAKAZU baby loungers, also advertised as "baby nests," which feature a cloth cover, foam sleeping pad, and padded bumpers with the brand name "TADAKAZU" printed on a tag.
2. Identify your lounger by checking the style and model number. Affected styles include Beige, Grey-leaf, Pink, Blue, Rabbit, Green, Star, Zoo, Dinosaur, Pumpkin, Horse, Bear, and Snow House. See the Affected Products section below for the full list of affected codes.
3. Stop using the recalled baby loungers immediately.
4. To obtain a full refund, consumers should remove the sleeping pad, cut up the sides of the baby lounger and the sleeping pad, and email a photo of the destroyed product to tadakazurecall@yeah.net.
