Synergy Housewares has received 10 reports of the lids falling off, including five reports of consumers suffering burn or scalding injuries. The 14 oz. kettles were sold in beige, black, pink, and red at HSN from August 2020 through January 2025. Consumers should stop using the kettle immediately and contact the company for a free replacement lid.
