Summary

STX has recalled approximately 4,000 Shield throat protectors used by lacrosse goalies. The black protectors have "STX" engraved on the front and were sold individually or with a strap system at specialty sporting goods stores and online between September 2013 and February 2014 for about $20 to $25. Consumers should immediately stop using these protectors and return them to STX for a full refund.
