Summary

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling approximately 9 units of the 2024 Acura ZDX. The passenger-side front stabilizer bar bracket bolts may have been improperly tightened during assembly, which can allow them to loosen and separate from the vehicle frame. Dealers will inspect and tighten the bolts and repair the stabilizer bar, high-voltage cables, and battery coolant lines as necessary, free of charge. No incidents or injuries have been reported.

Risk

A detached stabilizer bar can damage the vehicle's high-voltage cables or electric vehicle battery coolant lines. This damage could result in a vehicle shutdown and loss of drive power while moving, significantly increasing the risk of a crash.
