Summary

Ford Motor Company is recalling approximately 304,662 vehicles, including 2020-2025 Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator models. The easy-entry switch on the outer second-row seats can stick or bind, which may cause the seats to unlatch, fold, or slide unexpectedly while the vehicle is in motion. To fix this, dealers will inspect the seat switches and replace the surrounding bezel free of charge.

Risk

If a seat moves unexpectedly, it may fail to properly restrain an occupant during a collision, significantly increasing the risk of injury.
