2. Check for 24 oz plastic retail containers with UPC 20452200000. If you purchased the soup from a self-serve hot bar or as part of a meatball dish, it is also affected by this recall.
3. Identify bulk ingredients if applicable by checking for 8 lb. bulk bags with lot code 427256 and an 'Enjoy By' date of 11/11/24.
4. Return the product to the place of purchase for a refund, throw it away, or contact Puget Consumers Co-Op for further instructions.
