What You Should Do

1. Check your pantry or kitchen for whole raw Red, Yellow, or White onions sold under the brands Big Bull, Markon First Crop, Markon Essentials, Peak Fresh Produce, Rio Blue, Rio Valley, ProSource, Sierra Madre, or Sysco Imperial Fresh.
2. Verify if your onions are affected by checking the mesh sacks (2 lb., 3 lb., 5 lb., 10 lb., 25 lb., or 50 lb.) or cartons (5 lb., 10 lb., 25 lb., 40 lb., or 50 lb.) for the specific lot codes listed in this recall.
3. For Red onions, look for lot codes such as 325, 1102, 1103, 1125, 1126, 1127, 1232, 2141127, AB161ORRL183, or other codes starting with prefixes like ABL, AGC, AGUL, APL, or TYJ4M61.
4. For Yellow onions, check for codes like 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 1128, 1129, 1130, 1131, 1132, 2116, 2124, 2132, 2132124, or longer codes starting with AB161, IGV, or JHW.
5. For White onions, look for codes 221, 222, 230, 306, 1120, IGV191OWSB191, IGV221OWSB198, IGV31OWSB215, RMKLC191OWSB177, TYJ4M61OWSB182, TYJ4M61OWSB183, TYJ4M61OWSB186, VBAOWSB, VBDPKWSB, VBFGWSB, VBJGWNB, VBJRPWSB, VBPNWSB, or VBTLWSB.
6. If you identify any of these products, do not consume them; return the onions to the place of purchase for a full refund.
7. Clean and sanitize any surfaces, containers, or utensils that may have come into contact with the recalled onions to prevent cross-contamination.
