1. Check your turkey packaging for the establishment number 'P-22000' inside the USDA mark of inspection and the first four digits of the ink jet printing on the side of the tray.
2. Identify if you have Publix ground turkey breast (1.3-lb), Publix ground turkey (1.3-lb), Fit & Active Fresh Ground Turkey (1.2-lb), or Weis Markets Fresh Ground Turkey Breast (1.0-lb) with the first four digits of 7268 or 7269.
3. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund, throw it away, or contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
