What You Should Do

1. Check your popcorn packaging for brand names including Great Northern, Trader Joe's, Lesser Evil, Hometown Food Company, Shearer's, Specialty Food Group, Troystar Packaging, Whole Alternatives, or Preferred Popcorn.
2. Check the product label for UPC codes 6 10708 14709 1, 0094 5288, 7 64256 44035 4, or 7 64256 30002 3.
3. Look for lot numbers and expiration dates on the packaging, such as PN116-9402A (Exp: 8/2021), PNR1229476A (BB 31-JAN-2022), or PNT128-9314A (Exp: 7/2021). See the Affected Products section below for the full list of affected codes.
4. Return the product to the place of purchase for a refund, throw it away, or contact Preferred Popcorn for further instructions.
