Summary

Ford Motor Company is recalling approximately 174,853 vehicles, including certain 2021-2023 Ford F-150, 2021-2022 Ford Expedition, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, and 2022 F-Series Super Duty trucks. The clips used to secure the moonroof wind deflector may not be properly attached to the frame, which can cause the deflector to detach from the vehicle while in motion. Dealers will inspect and repair the wind deflector at no cost to owners.

Risk

A detached wind deflector can fall from the vehicle and become a road hazard for other drivers, significantly increasing the risk of a crash. No accidents or injuries have been reported at this time.
