Michelin North America, Inc.: Specialty Vintage Vehicle Tires Recalled for Missing DOT Certification Symbol

What You Should Do

1. Examine the sidewalls of your Michelin specialty tires to check for the absence of the 'DOT' certification symbol.
2. Identify if your tires are one of the following recalled models: X, XWX, Pilote X, XVS, TRX, MXV, XAS, TB 15, XDX, ZX, VHC, TB 5, XM+, or PB 20.
3. If the DOT symbol is missing, contact Michelin Customer Service at 1-866-324-2835 to arrange for a refund or a free replacement.
4. Note that Michelin will provide a debit card to defray the costs of mounting and balancing the replacement tires. In some cases, if the specific Michelin model is unavailable, they may offer replacement tires from a competitor of the same size.
