What You Should Do

1. Check your refrigerator or freezer for ground beef products with the 'Use By' date 12/10/2014 and establishment number 'Est. 40264' inside the USDA mark of inspection.
2. If you possess any of the recalled products, do not consume them; instead, discard the product or return it to the place of purchase.
3. Thoroughly wash hands, cutting boards, and utensils with hot, soapy water after any contact with raw meat to prevent cross-contamination.
4. Always cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured by a food thermometer to ensure harmful bacteria are killed.
