Meijer Inc. is recalling 15,791 units of various Fresh From Meijer vegetable trays, cauliflower florets, and broccoli florets due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products were sold at all Meijer stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Wisconsin with 'Sell By' dates ranging from September 25, 2019, through November 8, 2019.
