• Product label does not contain an ingredient list or nutrition facts panel as required by 21 CFR 101.4 and 21 CFR 101.9 respectively. As a result, consumers are unable to assess potential threats of allergens or dietary restrictions.
• Product contains undeclared Yellow #5 which is a sub-ingredient of the  Key Lime Juice in the ingredient list.
• Product contains Strawberry Flavoring which was found to be the same as "Strawberry Emulsion" which contains sub-ingredients, namely Red #40, that are not declared on the final product label.  Red #40 is an allergen and color additive that should be declared in accordance with 21 CFR 101.22(k).
