Summary

Levels of Discovery is recalling about 150 Fly Boy Airplane Rockers because the red wooden knobs on the steering panel can detach. If these knobs come off, they pose a serious choking hazard to young children. These wooden rocking chairs were sold at independent juvenile product stores and online from June 2014 through November 2014. Consumers should immediately stop using the rocker and contact the firm for a free replacement console.

Risk

The red wooden knobs on the steering console can break or detach during use, creating small parts that a child could ingest and choke on. The firm has already received two reports of these knobs detaching from the chairs.
