Summary

Highland Ridge RV is recalling approximately 681 trailers because the LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range can fail and overheat. This recall affects 2022-2023 Mesa Ridge TT, Mesa Ridge XLT FW, Open Range Roamer FW, Open Range TT, Silverstar TT, and Silverstar XLT FW models. Dealers will disconnect the circuit powering these LED lights and terminate the wiring at no cost to the owner to prevent the component from overheating.

  3. Contact Highland Ridge RV customer service at 1-800-283-8267 and reference recall number 9904606 to schedule a free repair.
  4. Take your vehicle to an authorized dealer who will disconnect and cut the circuit powering the LED backlights and safely terminate the wiring.
