Summary

Cruiser RV is recalling approximately 2,407 vehicles including 2023-2024 Avenir, Embrace, Shadow Cruiser, Radiance, Stryker, MPG, and 2024 Twilight travel trailers, as well as 2024 Essence fifth wheels. The LED backlight circuit board within the cooktop range can fail and overheat, which creates a fire hazard within the vehicle. To resolve this issue, dealers will permanently disconnect the LED backlight power circuit and terminate the wiring at no cost to owners.

Risk

The LED circuit board behind the cooktop knobs can overheat during use or while the vehicle is powered, which significantly increases the risk of a fire inside the recreational vehicle.

What You Should Do

  1. Identify if your vehicle is affected by checking your registration for these specific models: 2023-2024 Avenir, Embrace, Shadow Cruiser, Radiance, Stryker, MPG, or 2024 Twilight travel trailers, and 2024 Essence fifth wheels.
  2. Contact a Cruiser RV dealer to schedule a free service appointment to have the LED backlight circuit disconnected and the wiring safely terminated.
  3. If you have questions, contact Cruiser RV customer service at 1-574-206-7920 for assistance with this recall.
