Summary

L.L. Bean is recalling about 5,300 children’s Fisherman’s and Open Stitch cardigan sweaters because a spare button attached to the inside seam label can detach. This pose a serious choking hazard to young children if the button is swallowed. These sweaters were sold in various colors and sizes for infants, toddlers, and little girls between July 2013 and June 2014. Consumers are advised to immediately remove the spare button to eliminate the danger.

Risk
