About 12,885 Matrix-brand Training Cycles are recalled because the adjustable seat can unexpectedly lower while in use. The recall includes models CXP-03, CXC-02, CXM-03, CXV, and CXM-02, which were sold primarily to commercial fitness facilities and through distributors between January 2021 and October 2024. The manufacturer has received 63 reports of seats suddenly dropping, including two instances where riders fell off the bike.
