3. Look for 2.5-lb. packages of Jennie-O Ground Turkey (93/7) or 3-lb. packages of Jennie-O Ground Turkey (85/15) with a 'Use or freeze by' date of 11/13/18.
4. Check for 3-lb. packages of Stater Bros. 85% Lean Ground Turkey with a 'Use or freeze by' date of 11/12/18 and UPC code 074175036201.
5. Verify the establishment number 'EST. P-579' inside the USDA mark of inspection or on the side of the tray.
6. Return the product to the place of purchase for a refund, throw it away, or contact Hormel Consumer Engagement at 800-621-3505 for further instructions.
7. Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after handling any raw poultry to prevent cross-contamination.
