Summary

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. is recalling 243 of its 2024 Rizon FEC7K and FEC9K trucks because the front turn signals may stop working. The bulb sockets inside the Koito headlights are defective, which can cause the turn signal bulbs to burn out. To fix this safety issue, dealers will replace the headlight assemblies free of charge.

Risk

If the front turn signals fail, the driver cannot signal their intentions to other drivers or pedestrians. This lack of communication on the road significantly increases the risk of a vehicle crash.
