Summary

Nissan North America is recalling 351 vehicles, including 2024 Titan, Frontier, Infiniti QX60, and Pathfinder models; 2023-2024 Sentra, Versa, Kicks, and Infiniti QX50 models; and 2023 Rogue models. A manufacturing defect may allow the driver's air bag inflator to absorb moisture, which can cause the air bag to deploy incorrectly. Owners will receive a free replacement of the front driver's air bag assembly at their local dealership.

Risk

If the air bag inflator absorbs moisture, the air bag may not deploy as designed during a crash, failing to provide the intended protection to the driver and increasing the risk of serious injury.

  2. Contact your local Nissan or Infiniti dealer to schedule a free appointment for the replacement of the front driver's air bag assembly.
  3. If you own a Nissan vehicle, you may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669 and reference recall numbers PD103, PD104, or PMA34.
  4. If you own an Infiniti vehicle, you may contact Infiniti customer service at 1-800-662-6200 regarding these same recall identifiers.
