Summary

New Flyer of America, Inc. is recalling 188 transit buses, including 2021-2023 XD35, 2022-2023 XD40, XD60, XN35, XN60, 2022 XDE35, and 2021-2022 XE40 models. The certification labels on these vehicles list incorrect Gross Axle Weight Ratings (GAWR) and Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR), which could lead operators to unknowingly overload the buses. New Flyer will provide and install corrected labels for all affected vehicles free of charge.
