1. This recall involves 2026 Jayco Seismic fifth wheel travel trailers that have incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) information on their certification labels.
2. Identify your vehicle's certification label, which is typically located on the left front side of the trailer, to determine if it requires a corrected label.
3. Contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 to ensure your mailing address is up to date and to receive your replacement label free of charge. Refer to Jayco's internal recall number 9901638.
4. Apply the corrected label over the inaccurate one once it arrives in the mail from Jayco.
