2024-2025 Jayco and Entegra Motorhomes Recalled for Incorrect Cargo Labels

What You Should Do

1. This recall affects certain 2024 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes, as well as 2025 Jayco Alante SE, Redhawk SE, and Entegra Odyssey SE motorhomes.
2. Check the Federal Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) label on your vehicle; be aware that the weight limits listed on current labels for these specific models may be inaccurate.
3. Jayco is mailing new, corrected labels to owners of the affected vehicles free of charge. These notification letters and labels were mailed beginning March 31, 2025.
4. Once you receive the new label, apply it to the vehicle according to the provided instructions to ensure you have accurate cargo capacity information.
