Summary

Forest River, Inc. is recalling 691 motorhomes, including certain 2024-2025 Solera, 2023-2025 Forester, and 2023-2025 Sunseeker models. The liquid propane (LP) gas lines in these vehicles may not have been properly secured during manufacturing, which can cause the line to rub against other components, become damaged, and eventually leak. Forest River dealers will install a p-clamp to properly secure the gas line for all affected owners at no cost.

Risk

If the improperly secured propane line leaks in the presence of an ignition source, it creates a significant fire hazard that could lead to property damage or injury.

What You Should Do

  1. Check your vehicle registration or purchase documents to see if you own a 2024-2025 Solera, 2023-2025 Forester, or 2023-2025 Sunseeker motorhome.
  2. Contact a Forest River authorized dealer to schedule a free appointment to have a p-clamp installed to secure the liquid propane (LP) line.
  3. If you have questions, contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-206-7600 and reference recall number 34-1780.
