What You Should Do

1. Check your vehicle's recall status to see if your 2019 Jaguar I-PACE is affected, particularly if it was previously serviced under recall numbers 24V-085, 23V-709, or 23V-369.
2. Park your vehicle outdoors and away from garages, carports, or other structures until the recall repair is completed to prevent fire spread.
3. Limit your vehicle's battery charge to a maximum of 80% through the vehicle settings until the interim repair is performed.
4. Contact an authorized Jaguar dealer to schedule a free interim software update for the battery energy control module.
5. Coordinate with Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827 regarding the vehicle repurchase program (reference recall numbers H514 and H536).
