What You Should Do

1. Identify your product by checking for establishment numbers EST. 45777, EST. 51214, or EST. 46209 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
2. Check the product packaging for daycodes and product codes. Affected codes include Daycodes 021618, 021618-1, 021618-4, 021618-5, and 021628-1, as well as specific sell-by or pack dates in February 2018. See the Affected Products section below for the full list of affected codes.
3. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund, throw it away, or contact the manufacturer or supplier for further instructions.
