What You Should Do

1. Check your refrigerator for "corner store market" brand salads and wraps with the following identifiers: Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken (9.25-oz) with sell-by dates 04/09/19 through 04/15/19; Chef Salad (10.25-oz) with sell-by dates 04/09/19 through 04/15/19; Club Wrap (8.1-oz) with sell-by dates 04/08/18 through 4/20/19; or Chicken Caesar Wrap (7.4-oz) with sell-by dates 04/08/18 through 4/20/19.
2. Verify the establishment number "EST. 31680" or "P-31680" is printed inside the USDA mark of inspection on the packaging.
3. Check the UPC barcodes on the back of the package: Caesar Salad (039759196443), Chef Salad (039759196436), Club Wrap (039759196498), or Chicken Caesar Wrap (039759292176).
4. Return the product to the place of purchase for a refund, throw it away, or contact Great American Marketing, Inc. at (713) 682-6471 for further instructions.
