Summary

Pleasure Way Industries, Ltd. is recalling approximately 514 On Tour and Lexor motorhomes from the 2021-2023 model years. These vehicles are equipped with Cummins Onan QG 2800i or Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets where the fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module may have loose clamps. Dealers will inspect the fuel hose and clamps and replace them as necessary at no cost to owners.

Risk

A loose fuel hose clamp can result in a gasoline leak; if this leaking fuel encounters an ignition source, it can cause a vehicle fire.

What You Should Do

  1. Identify if you own a 2021-2023 Pleasure Way On Tour or Lexor motorhome equipped with a Cummins Onan QG 2800i or Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator set.
  2. Contact an authorized Pleasure Way dealer to schedule a free inspection and potential replacement of the fuel hose and clamps.
  3. If you have questions, contact Pleasure Way customer service at 1-800-364-0189.
  4. For additional information, contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or visit www.nhtsa.gov.
