Summary

REV Recreation Group is recalling approximately 4,665 motorhomes across several Holiday Rambler and Fleetwood models from the 2018-2025 model years. These vehicles are equipped with a HappiJac drop-down bed option where the front overhead cabinet fasteners can fail, causing the cabinet to detach and fall. Owners should contact an authorized dealer to have new hardware and fasteners installed at no cost.

Risk

If the overhead cabinet detaches while the vehicle is being driven, it can fall and distract the driver, significantly increasing the risk of a crash. No injuries or incidents have been reported to date.

What You Should Do

  1. Check if your motorhome is one of the affected models: 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2018 Admiral XE, 2018 Fleetwood Storm, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, 2018-2025 Fleetwood Flair, 2020-2024 Fleetwood Fortis, 2020-2025 Holiday Rambler Invicta, 2018-2023 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, or 2018-2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE.
  2. Verify if your vehicle is equipped with the HappiJac drop-down bed option, as only these units are included in the recall.
  3. Contact a REV Recreation Group dealer to schedule a free inspection and the installation of reinforced hardware and fasteners.
  4. For further information, contact REV Recreation Group customer service at 1-800-509-3417 and reference recall number 240809REV.
