Summary

Nissan North America is recalling approximately 1,430 vehicles, including the 2025 Nissan Murano, 2025 Nissan Pathfinder, and 2025 INFINITI QX60. One or both of the front brake caliper assemblies in these vehicles may have reduced strength and could break during use. If a caliper breaks, the vehicle may lose front braking function, which significantly increases the risk of a crash. Dealers will inspect and replace the affected brake caliper assemblies at no cost to owners.

Risk

A broken front brake caliper can lead to a complete loss of front braking function. This failure reduces the driver's ability to stop or slow the vehicle, creating an immediate danger of a collision.

What You Should Do

  1. This recall involves 2025 Nissan Murano, 2025 Nissan Pathfinder, and 2025 INFINITI QX60 vehicles with front brake caliper assemblies that may fail.
