Summary

Forest Mushroom Food Inc. is recalling 2,479 boxes (each containing 25 individual packages) of Guan's Enoki Mushrooms after the California Department of Public Health found Listeria monocytogenes in retail samples. The recalled mushrooms were imported from Korea and sold in clear and green plastic packaging in several states. Consumers should return the mushrooms to the store where they were purchased for a full refund or throw them away immediately.
