Summary

Ford Motor Company is recalling 55 of its 2025 Maverick and 2026 Bronco Sport vehicles equipped with 1.5L or 2.0L MPC engines and engine block heaters. The engine block heater can overheat while the vehicle is parked and plugged in, which can lead to a fire. Owners are being advised to stop using the block heater immediately until a free repair is performed by an authorized dealer.

Risk
