Summary

Outdoors RV Manufacturing is recalling 340 of its 2025 travel trailers, including models such as the 20BD, 21MKS, and 250RDS, because the cooktop flame can invert if the stove and furnace are used at the same time. This defect occurs when the furnace operation disrupts the airflow to the cooktop burners. Owners can take their trailer to a dealer to have a separation panel installed between the furnace and cooktop at no cost.

Risk

When the stove and furnace operate simultaneously, the cooktop flame may invert, which significantly increases the risk of a fire or burn injuries to occupants.

What You Should Do

  2. Contact an authorized Outdoors RV dealer to schedule a free repair; Dealers will install a panel to separate the furnace and cooktop, free of charge.
  3. If you have questions or need to confirm your vehicle's inclusion, contact Outdoors RV customer service at 1-541-962-1866 ext. 222.
